These transformers are in good condition, all windings have been tested for continuitly.  These are Octal plug in types, and are designed be used as Microphone input transformers.  Two of these 4722s are in excellent condition, metal cans bright with no wear to the labels.

The third one shows some signs of wear to the label, specifically that part of "4722" has been scraped off, there is also some tarnish to the top of the case.  See Photos 5,6,7. 

All of the pins and guides are in good condition.

Impedance Matching: The 4722 was designed as a Microphone input transformer for use in Altec Lansing microphone mixers.  

Lately they've become popular as Step Up Transformers for Moving Coil cartridges.
