This lens has markings that indicate it has a mount for an Ikegami ITC730 camera, although that cannot be confirmed at this time.  

The rear lens mounting ring rotates 90 degrees and is approximately 2 7/8" in diameter.

The rear lens is 1 3/8" in diameter.

Overall length is approx 8.5" including the hood.

It is in good condition, less a lens caps and there is a slight bit of deformation to the rubber hood.   

There is a male 6 pin connector for the camera lens control.
