This is an early 90's Ampex Digital Video Effects box.

If you're familiar with these units then little description is necessary. If you're not, this isn't something for a novice video enthusiast. The rack mountable CPU is large and bulky, the unit requires external sync signals and the learning curve is a bit steep. 
That said, it still provides some unique video effects in a professionally designed package that was built for Broadcast television applications. 
I'll be happy to provide any information available to knowledgeable and serious interested parties.

Shipping these boxes in the past has been expensive and difficult, but not impossible.   You might consider having a local carrier make the pickup, pack the unit and provide point to point delivery.
